Podcast 34 - The 1st Anniversary Show
Well, it's over, its done, the 1st anniversary show was a lot of fun. Squirrley joined me, and even Blok made the trip through from Cupar for what was to be a very fun night.
The podcast began recording just after 7pm GMT, while I was still sober, things started well too, we were joined via skype by Misser, who either kept forgetting to mute his microphone, or was having some problems!!
By around 7.30-ish, I received a message from Blok to say he was somewhere outside the house, so I left squirrley in charge and went to look for him. IT WAS BLOODY FREEZING OUTSIDE!!! So we ran into the house. I introduced Blok to my fiancee and Squirrley. Then we headed back upstairs to get back to the podcast.
Things went very well however, people farting (squirrley) did not help the ambience in the room...very smelly boy!!! Pizza was consumed (squirrley doesnt like pizza - he cant be human) as well as alcohol by myself and squirrley (Blok was driving so drank coffee-sensible chap!), and before we knew it 4 and a half hours had passed!!!! WOW!!! My biggest podcast ever, but it was packed full, nine exclusive tracks, new jingles, messages from friends and wellwishers...was a great night and a great podcast :)
And this is my first podcast blog, more to come...
